Neat Wrk is a workspace that helps freelancers and agencies manage clients, projects, services, payments, documents, assets, and tasks, and includes an AI assistant to help with routine work.

We may add, change, or remove features over time. We aim to give reasonable notice of significant changes, but we may make some changes without prior notice.

Eligibility and Accounts

You must be able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for the information you provide when registering and for keeping it accurate.

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.

Subscriptions, Billing and Payment

Some features require a paid subscription. Fees, billing cycles, and included limits are described at the time of purchase. You authorize us and our payment provider to charge the payment method you provide.

Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated by us.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service. You will not use it to break the law, infringe others' rights, transmit malicious code, attempt to gain unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, or use it to store or share unlawful content.

We may suspend or limit access to protect the Service, our users, or third parties from harm.

Your Content and Data

You retain ownership of the data and content you add to your workspace ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display Your Content solely to provide and improve the Service.

You are responsible for Your Content and for having the necessary rights and permissions, including for any client or third-party data you enter.

Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by Neat Wrk and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights in the Service except the limited right to use it as permitted here.

Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with or link to third-party products. We are not responsible for third-party services, and your use of them is governed by their own terms and policies.

Confidentiality

We treat the business data in your workspace as confidential and access it only as needed to operate the Service, provide support, or comply with law. You agree to keep any non-public information about the Service confidential.

Termination and Suspension

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, fail to pay fees, or use the Service in a way that could cause harm or legal liability.

On termination, your right to use the Service ends. We may delete your data after a reasonable period, subject to legal retention requirements.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Neat Wrk will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Neat Wrk harmless from claims, damages, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service, Your Content, or your violation of these Terms or the rights of any third party.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in our place of incorporation, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. You agree to resolve disputes in the courts located there, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
